Mr. Graig Servo is an excellent professional. He took the time to sit with me to review my account. My extended warranty was expired and he referred me to the correct department to renew it . I love this dealership and travel across town to have my vehicle serviced here. Wasn’t happy with the 4-1/2 hour wait time for an oil change but maybe the next time it will be better. Craig is a knowledgeab vehicle serviced here. Wasn’t happy with the 4-1/2 hour wait time for an oil change but maybe the next time it will be better. Vehicle was sold without being properly inspected and serviced. 2 recalls and without preventive maintenance i.e oil change and brake fluid flush. Top off fluids. Possibly an isolated incident. Chain b serviced. 2 recalls and without preventive maintenance i.e oil change and brake fluid flush. Top off fluids. Possibly an isolated incident. Chain broke between sales and service department. Sale staff was made aware along with the GM. An Appointment was made for the next day. I arrived at the dealership at 0730. Service Manager instead of immediately remediate the issues. Held the car at a bay without being worked/assigning a tech from 0730 to 1130. Then sent someone to tell me that the vehicle will not be ready until the next day because its a 5 hour job. They lost 3 hours without assigning it to a tech. It should be noted that the GM had previously instructed him the day before to take care of the vehicle/issues upon arrival at the dealership. Service Manager failed to do so then argued when I pointed out the lack of customer service and unwillingness to remedy the issue. I decided to stay on site while the vehicle was being worked on. Loss trust that the job will be performed without involving upper management. which I did. Service Assistant Manager Craig did keep me informed. He was professional, respectful and showed care. The dealership has a new GM, who showed interest and took responsibility. He definitely was key in getting the service performed. Also Gino and Alex were of great help and assistance during sale and repairs. Other staff were friendly and some took the time to check on me. Dealership waiting area is clean and offers coffee and water. Hopefully this was an unusual situation. More
