Trustworthy , dependable, respectful and ready to assist his customers. Craig coordinates with AAA which saves me from the stress of riding with the tow truck driver. I have owned cars for 40+ years. Craig is the best service person I have ever encountered. He is the reason I drive to this Nisson dealership for servicing. Very very unhappy. We paid 1358$ do dry and clean our car after flood.. Got back a car that smells worse, we can tell that seats were not cleaned( they have the same di We paid 1358$ do dry and clean our car after flood.. Got back a car that smells worse, we can tell that seats were not cleaned( they have the same dirt and trash in the passenger seat back pocket as the say we gave it to you), but worse of all: strong smell of mold, due to the car just sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks , wet and with closed windows. We are never doing business with Lorenzo Nissan again. We feel defrauded. Worst experience we ever had with car service ever. More
