The man who signed me in was very helpful, but I spent 5-6 hours waiting for my car. That is an outrageous waste of time. Excellent service team led by Craig! When they encountered a problem getting a part, they arranged for a rental immediately. Craig kept me up-to-date since the part was back-ordered. Paid cash for the truck knowing it had the check engine light on. Was told this is a simple repair and in writing they will fix it. Here we are a month later and they still have the truck. No communication light on. Was told this is a simple repair and in writing they will fix it. Here we are a month later and they still have the truck. No communication from any staff including management. It's been a nightmare to deal with. They haven't repaired the truck they haven't returned my calls they haven't given me a refund they just gave me a rental that I can't even use for my work. Super frustrating and just want my money back so I can go buy a truck I can use for work and stop pushing jobs and losing money because I don't have a vehicle that can pull a trailer More
