He was extremely patient, informative, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Shopping for a vehicle as a woman can sometimes feel intimidating and nerve-wracking, but Cristian took his time, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely helped us narrow down the right vehicle based on our needs and comfort level. His approach made the entire process feel supportive and empowering. I also want to recognize Rob Gannon, the General Sales Manager, who was amazing and went out of his way to personally check on me and my family to make sure we were being treated well. That level of attention and care truly shows how much they value their customers. Miguel, the Finance Director, and TJ, the Sales Manager, also went above and beyond. They worked together to find my girlfriend the right vehicle at an affordable and realistic payment, which was very important to me.
