Cristina was very caring. She checked in with me before any work was done. She treated me very well. Almost like how you would treat a friend. My car was in the same condition She checked in with me before any work was done. She treated me very well. Almost like how you would treat a friend. My car was in the same condition as I left it. No dirt or grease anywhere. Cristina and the service crew were fabulous! I will definitely be bringing my car back for anything it needs. I am very happy. I got my car earlier than expected which was wonderful. Cristina knew I had a bad experience at another dealership and although she never said anything negative about the other place, she made sure I had a good experience with Owatonna Ford. My warranty covered almost everything, but the rest out of pocket costs was very reasonable. Also the paperwork I received after my car was done is very easy to understand, readable, and was not covered in grease. Owatonna Ford was clean. I will definitely be back!! Thank you for such fast, reliable, and professional service! I will be doing a Google review and a dealership review as well. ?? Sara Tear More
