I would recommend Cristo to anyone who decides to go to McCombs Ford West. The rest of the dealership…..terrible. They suffocate you out front which is a major turn-off. I understand it is a competitive sales establishment; however, at least wait until I am out of my car and walking into the building before surrounding me. Management onsite was terrible as well. Bullying tactics to give themselves a sense of power over the customer is a no go. Hold on to your keys after an appraisal so that they can continue to “negotiate” with you all while attempting to pressure you into a deal. Then the financial guy. Well…. We all know how that goes. Unsolicited “advise” on what I should and should not do as a result of utilizing our own financing with USAA. Overall, I am glad my wife got what she has been looking for, and Cristo was great, but this dealer as an organization would not be my first recommendation. More
