And last but least Airbag problem which would have costed over $500 A lemon by the extreme in my opinion.I made the decision to get out of it well the getting was good and bought a 2014 Ford Edge, Ricky Goodwin was a excellant help, To find a affordable vechile My Family has been a Bozard customer since 1951. The edge was like the 4th vechile purchased by this family in the last few years i also purchased a 2013 F-150 my father a F-150 brother F-250 , and my wife purchased two vechiles her self. the 2012 Explore and now the Edge. Under the circumstances a job well done on the finance guys and Ricky goodwin and the encouragement from piper and the young Lady and the front desk Named Stephanie. why isn't she listed on top? but i HaVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FRIENDS LIKE THESE WHO ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT MY PROBLEMS IN SOLVING THE GREAT LEMON PROBLEM lol WINKS. More

Everything is always taken care of quickly and on schedule and she every time I take my truck for service or warranty work, Crystal has been great. IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE FROM JACKSONVILLE Since purchasing my 2013 Escape in Nov. 2012, I have returned to Bozard for all service and recall repair. Even though I live as far west in Jacksonv Since purchasing my 2013 Escape in Nov. 2012, I have returned to Bozard for all service and recall repair. Even though I live as far west in Jacksonville as I can get, it's worth the drive the Bozard. I'm afraid to take my car anywhere else in fear that I won't get such great customer service. I have dealt with Crystal Garrison since the beginning. She has always been very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. This past time she went above and beyond with helping me sync my iPhone to my MyFordTouch software. Since purchasing my new iPhone in Dec., the texts weren't being recognized by my car which means I wasn't able to hear them while driving. This is a function that I absolutely LOVE. Even though Crystal was told that for some reason the iPhone and the SYNC account weren't compatible, she researched until she came up with a fix. When I picked my car up on 8/15/14, We sat in the car, she adjusted a setting or two and BAM!! My car was able to read my texts to me! Thank you Crystal for making my day! And a huge thank you for the service technician(s) that fixed the recalls, changed my oil, rotated my tires, washed and vacuumed my car! You guys are the best! Thanks Bozard for exceptional customer service! More

I spoke with Crystal Garrison and she was attentive and seemed to understand my concern about driving up to your dealership. Since we bought our '08 F350 in July of "07, all of our service has been done at Bozard Ford. You dealership has the best staff and quality service personnel on the east coast or maybe the state. Crystal took control when we arrived and communicated with me what needed to be done. I even met the mechanic and the three of us discussed a plan of action. Steve(the mechanic) was very professional and explained the problem with my brakes. I then understood what to do. They had us back on the road the next day. I also got to see my original salesman and good friend Henry Rowe. He was the reason we bought our truck at Bozard Ford. I highly recommend him to any and everyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We were one of your first customers at your new dealership. I was impressed with your huge inventory and expansion since our last visit. We still love our truck! More

Mike picked me when I was done at work, too. Crystal Garrison is so cheerful and helpful in getting me in and out! Get job done by all! My Escape was serviced, vacuumed and washed.
