Had to wait over a year for a manufacture defect to be fixed. Had to keep calling to check on status. Service center never called to say part was in. Car wash always out of order. Uber cars that are called by Basney are most of the time dirty giving the impression that Basney Honda doesn’t care how their customers are transported. Keep a shuttle instead like other dealers.
