After going in to see if we could trade in our vehicle for a different car, we were told that we had too much negative equity at the time. However, Curt said that he would keep on it and see if there was for a different car, we were told that we had too much negative equity at the time. However, Curt said that he would keep on it and see if there was anything he could do. About 3 weeks later, Curt contacted us and told us that he found a great deal for us, so we came in. The fact that he didn't just forget about us and put the time and extra effort into helping us was greatly appreciated. Most sales persons simply write you off and forget about you when you don't have the best credit. Curt treated us like any other customer that did not have credit issues. He was very patient and understanding of our situation. More

I gave you a 4 for the fact that we never got any information on the chevrolet loyalty $1000 incentive. When I called back the next day and questioned it they never got back to me. Curt Voegele has been our contact at this dearlership for probably our last 9-10 cars and many years. We trust his opinions, he knows our needs, he listens and he does not push us for decisions. We love working with him and I cannot be sure we would return to this dealership if he left. We feel he gets us the BEST deal possible and in return we have loyalty with him and this dealership. We completed paperwork with Nick, not sure of his last name, sorry... but Nick was pleasant to work with getting all the paperwork done.. he did a great job of explaining our options of gap insurance and extended warranty. He kept acknowledging the longevity we had with the dealership so made us feel important keeping our business with them. Both Curt and Nick helped make the decision to spend more money on an upgrade of our vehicle with smiles on our faces and walking away from a pleasant experience. More
