No tricks, no putting down the vehicle, or manipulating my parents, no pressure to buy a vehicle, just friendly employees keeping us comfortable on a hot summer day and getting us on our way home as quickly as possible. The truck we saw on-line was not to our preference upon view, and they promptly found another in inventory that actually exceeded what we were looking for in a used truck with low miles and great pricing. They had just received the truck and needed to run through their shop in order to certify for warranty, and we picked up the following Tuesday. They were upfront with what they needed to and we walked away satisfied with the purchase. We would have loved to have walked away the same day, but appreciate the care they took into seeing that the truck would pass inspection and send us out the door in a quality vehicle. We came to shop with prequalified financing, and they respected our approach, and gave us space, with no hard sales pitch. I would do it again, and I will when the time come. Thanks More
