Tri Lakes turned a bad situation into a good one when my 2013 Fusion broke down! I was in town on a trip when my transmission went out. Curtis, my salesman, was very prompt and helpful, immediately giving me options within my parameters. Within a few days, I was leaving the lot in a 2024 Ford Escape. I enjoyed working with this dealership/salesman. I was impressed by how each of the sales people knew each other's clients and if you called or walked in they immediately got a hold of the sales pe I was impressed by how each of the sales people knew each other's clients and if you called or walked in they immediately got a hold of the sales person if they weren't immediately available. I needed a vehicle that I could fit myself, my spouse, our house mate, and my elderly parents. The sales person listened to my needs and made sure I got what I needed. I went to the dealership a few times, not their fault, my indecision, and they were so patient with me. I appreciated that they didn't push me into something I didn't want just to make a sale. I was also upside down by a lot in my current vehicle and they did what they could to help in making sure I got a fair deal including that issue. More
