We purchased a new 2024 Dodge Ram from Tri Lakes Motors and they by far exceeded our expectations! Our experience with car dealerships in the past has been akin to going to the dentist. Tri Lakes had no on and they by far exceeded our expectations! Our experience with car dealerships in the past has been akin to going to the dentist. Tri Lakes had no one hovering over us, and there was no pressure, no pain =D. The young man, Esteban, who assisted us with the sale was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He not only got us the truck we were looking for and the price we asked but also got running boards installed at no extra cost because he was concerned for our safety (we are elderly) He sat with us and patiently explained all the features and reassured us we could call him with any further questions. He even washed and filled up the truck before we picked it up (in 17 degree weather) His supervisor, Curtis, was wonderful as was the finance manager Trevor. We definitely would buy another vehicle from them and recommend them to anyone looking to get another vehicle! More
