Just had a very pleasant experience getting my car serviced at Imperial Toyota. Curtis was my service advisor and was wonderful to work with. I love coming here. They have plenty of chairs and stations where you can work while you are waiting. More importantly, I always feel like they listen to me and are real They have plenty of chairs and stations where you can work while you are waiting. More importantly, I always feel like they listen to me and are really working to help my car stay healthy, so I can drive it safely for as long as possible. Curtis is great. Ask for him. He will tell what you need and what you don't need for your car's check-up. If you're like me and want to drive your car for a long time, I'd recommend coming here. More

Last week I went in for an oil change and upon my arrival I was greeted by Curtis Jones - He was most courteous and after a computer review he informed me I was not due for an oil change, just a tire rotatio I was greeted by Curtis Jones - He was most courteous and after a computer review he informed me I was not due for an oil change, just a tire rotation - The option was mine and I decided to return at a future date to cover all required service - The reason for this review is Curtis could have sold me something I really didn't need at the time but he was honest and caring for me the customer, and that means a lot to me - Imperial Toyota has always been a pleasure to work with and Imperial should know they are very fortunate to have Curtis working for them as a Service Rep - Regards: Richard More
