Curtis Laws was our Finance guy and he did a great job of explaining our options and all the different terms we could go with as well as the optional add ons that were available to us. Robert Schulz was our sales representative and he did a fantastic job start to finish. We had to order our Kia Telluride and it took about 7 months to come in (as expected) and he kept us updated the entire time. When it finally arrived, he did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us and ensuring that we were 100% comfortable with the vehicle and all its features before we left the lot. We also had some issues with my previous vehicle that we were selling to use towards a down payment (didn’t sell at Lou Fusz) that prevented us from finalizing the deal on the day we were supposed to and he stayed patient with us the whole time and insured us that everything would work out. Very pleased with the experience at Lou Fusz Kia but even more so pleased with Robert!! More
