Bad experience I purchased vehicle on 04/20/19 and at that time I also purchased running boards. On 04/26/19, the parts were in. I told the service advisor about the I purchased vehicle on 04/20/19 and at that time I also purchased running boards. On 04/26/19, the parts were in. I told the service advisor about the front radar being on the dashboard and how I had to reset the the clock every time the engine was shut off. I didn’t get my suv back till 05/10/19. I made phone calls on the status of the vehicle. I even went up there to talk with someone..The salesman Mike Laster told me that was his first week there and that I was his first sale. Next thing I’m told he no longer works there. May 5th my identity is stolen and the most recent credit report was ran by Nissan. This has been a bad experience. More

Good Place to go! Jasmine was very nice and pleasant and she was super helpful. I enjoyed working with her and the crew. I had researched the Kick on Serra website but when I got to the dealership Everyone worked with the budget I was able to afford and was super nice. I had researched the Kick on Serra website but when I got to the dealership the price was way more than on there website and the website states the Serra promise above the Kelly book car price on the trade in which was below what I got for my 2008 Nissan Versa . Plus I didn’t get the bottom line price on the kick like the website states nothing was ever said about me being a Nissan loyalty customer at all. I am happy with my purchase, More
