Great experience at Manly Hyundai! My wife and I were at Manly Honda having our Honda Pilot serviced when we decided to walk over to Manly Hyundai while waiting for our car to be ready. Jesse Para (Sales Consultant) was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. We told him what we were looking for a used truck. He took the time to ask open ended questions to see what we wanted, our budget, etc. He showed us a vehicle that was everything we wanted. He was a true “consultant”, in that he took the time to listen to what we wanted...and he found it! Curtis McMicheaux (Sales Manager) Introduced himself to us and treated us like family. Very nice. He assisted with the sale of the vehicle and really worked well with Jesse in order to get us the right price. Again, very professional and knowledgeable. Finally, Edgar Medina (Finance Manager) had us complete the paperwork. Edgar had us in and out in 15 minutes (we did pay cash). Very professional, no pressure and respectful of out time. While I understand that buying a car can be stressful, I can honestly tell you that from start to finish, our purchase was seamless. This team all played a vital roll in selling us this vehicle. It was clear that they all worked together well and loved their job and it showed. They all played their individual roles well and my wife and I left very impressed.
