The experience was terrible from the beginning to the end. I made an appointment with Jeff and he did not communicate with anyone that I was coming. When I got there, he was nowhere to be seen! Then Jeff end. I made an appointment with Jeff and he did not communicate with anyone that I was coming. When I got there, he was nowhere to be seen! Then Jeffrey came to assist me, excellent guy everything was going well. Then apparently the absent manager Jeff assigned Curtis to help me instead saying he had more experience than Jeffrey, somebody who never bothered to help in the beginning. Anyway I picked a car I wanted and I was told he would call me the following day to start with the paperwork. There was no call from Curtis I tried calling several times until I decided to go there and I was told the phones were down so he couldn’t call back. I was rushing to work I was given the car and I left mine. Still another 2 days went by with no paperwork. I kept calling because I wanted to finalize the deal, After calling so many times they eventually sent a young man with paperwork and a ton of fees I didn’t understand. Curtis and Jeff were not transparent in their dealings and they were not interested in helping me as a customer. They didn’t care about customer service at all I took back their car back and reclaimed mine. I shopped for a similar car from another dealership and the process was finalized in 4 hours with superb customer service! More
