Debbie was incredible to work with; kind, knowledgeable, and always available via text/phone for questions and troubleshooting after I left the lot. I highly recommend you ask for her at the beginning of your Volvo journey. She knew so much about the car and I deeply appreciated that. Before I was set to leave I saw a few small marks on the front of the bumper and instead of sending me off to figure it out on my own, the sales manager, Kale, (in his suit) spent 45 minutes with a small paint brush and touched it all up for me! This was the icing on the cake and I left feeling so cared for and appreciated. 10/10 from start to finish. Buy your Volvo here! More

Ask for the out-the-door price and they give it to you. Ask if they can lower the price a bit more, and they're very reasonable. Compared to other dealerships, the customer service at Volvo is top-notch!! And yes, I also shopped across the street (BMW Cooper), and I didn't like the fact that they didn't really check the cars - they just made them shiny - I test drove a car there and engine light came on right away. Not at Volvo. Cleaned, detailed, verified, and checked. Most of all, honest. Worked with Debbie Hite-Stewart. Second time working with her. Also bought an XC90 earlier this year and she helped me out through the whole process. Would definitely shop here again in the future! More
