I recently purchased a Silverado 1500 from Central Chevrolet and had a really good experience from start to finish. My salesman, D’Angelo Sanchez, was a big reason why the process went so smoothly. He was honest, straightforward and transparent with me throughout the entire deal. I never felt pressured or like I was getting the typical sales pitch. D’Angelo was very responsive and always got back to me quickly when I had a question. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a Silverado and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to steer me toward something that didn't fit my needs. He answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and made sure everything was taken care of. The process moved along quickly and there were no unnecessary delays. The dealership itself was clean and well maintained, and everyone I dealt with was friendly. The Sales Manager was also very friendly and easy to work with, which made the experience even better. I've bought vehicles before, and I know the experience can be very different depending on the dealership and the salesperson. This was one of the better experiences I've had.
