We had a rather hectic experience in culminating a three year lease with Crown Honda. Our salesperson, Dali lBrahimovic, certainly tried his best to do everything in his power to make our sales experience year lease with Crown Honda. Our salesperson, Dali lBrahimovic, certainly tried his best to do everything in his power to make our sales experience memorable. It was not his fault that the software system utilized by Crown Honda did not respond to a three year lease with ONE cash payment for the entire lease time. We had to make THREE visits to Crown Honda to assist with signatures, paperwork, etc., etc. We just received a telephone call on Friday, March 31, 2022 requesting we return to Crown Honda as the 2019 Honda Turig we returned for a new 2022 Honda lease had the miles listed in kilometers NOT MILES. We refused to return and told the person who called us to mail us the new corrected forms for my signature. A real debacle of leasing, lease signing, etc., etc. Someone at Hondo Central really needs to get their software act together.
