He showed me a vehicle that hadn't been listed yet, set up a test drive, went over the entire vehicle with me, addressed all my concerns (including a cracked windshield, which he immediately addressed and corrected), and was personable. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase I was uncomfortable with. If you want an honest salesman, Dali is the man!
