First off I kept asking the salesman the price of the truck I purchased all he said was he didn't know ,all they wanted to know what Ipayment I wanted . Charged $6500 for extended warranty added $900 for gap whitch I told the finance guy I didn't want .then I had to finance $ 54000.so I paid about 60,000 for a 40,000 dollar piece of crap . Service department has actually been very helpful every time we've used them. We decided it was time we wanted to purchase a new/used vehicle. There were issues that were supposed to have been fixed prior time we've used them. We decided it was time we wanted to purchase a new/used vehicle. There were issues that were supposed to have been fixed prior to pickup and only one issue was fixed. Scheduled service and said the issues were not fixed originally and sales was looking to just "get a quote" they had the vehicle for 2 months! Not at fault of service department but supply chain issues. However point being if we'd have known the headache we were gonna have just trying to get everything done we would've purchased a different vehicle. Tags were WAY behind because we couldn't get them without a VIN inspection. Salesman stated they'd make all payments while vehicle was in their care but did not make the 2nd payment. All this to be said issues are now fixed, had to fight a bit but they did pay for those, one payment, and supposedly they plan to pay late fees on the tags. The listed prices online for their vehicles are not what they try to sell em for. They will try up that cost by 8-12k stating "its a 3rd party company advertising for them and they don't factor in bank fees" bank fees don't cost anywhere near 8-12k... More

I have had to bring my suburban in 5 times now since I bought it in May. It is there now due to the engine light coming on again for the 4th time I believe. I keep being told its a glitch then I asked if it was even fully checked when Patriot got the vehicle and come to find out he was not, that they only had a oil change done on it when Patriot took it in as a trade. There has been several other issues also. Im actually waiting to here from Blain in the service dept right now was suppose to yesterday evening and never have yet. I have never been given a other car to drive any of the times I have had it in there to be worked on. So I have a vehicle I am paying for that I cant even drive or go anywhere because of the fear of breaking down and I always have small children with me so dont really want to be left on the side of the road.Another issue was our salesman Gerald when I firat started having to call about the problems I could never get him or he would never return my calls. I even had his persinal cellphone number and he said call me anytime and did and never could get him. I just expect to be treated like Im someone important to your business because I came to your business just like anyone else and purchased a vehicle and whether I paid cash or have to make a monthly payment I am just as important as the next customer. And once the sale is made a customer should be ignored and not still get service. More
