Came into dealership. Felt like I was a nuisance to the staff. I’ve bought Numerous vehicles and never have felt so awful. They pulled up my credit report even after I specifically told them not to pull And the story they had was " the other finance guy pulled it while I was talking to one". And the salesman goes "people of your descent come to waste time though some buy cars.. and I am not saying you are all here to waste time!!!".. really is that comment necessary? People shop around irrespective of Race/descent. More

Went for a test drive of a car I saw on the internet. Price was shown in the ad and it was stated it was a certified used car. Loved car and we where working out the pricing and an additional $8000 dolla Price was shown in the ad and it was stated it was a certified used car. Loved car and we where working out the pricing and an additional $8000 dollars was added to price. That did not include taxes and registration. Was told it was for the inspection and certifying of car. But it was already stated in ad with old price that it was certified. Told them I did not want them to do it again and was told that is how they sold cards and could not sell it without doing it. I feel I was brought into the dealer using false statements in ad. They are very shady practices at this dealer. More

This dealership is filled with liars and thieves. I visited the showroom on August 20 to follow-up with the online process. Prior to arriving, the person who booked my appointment confirmed pricing was visited the showroom on August 20 to follow-up with the online process. Prior to arriving, the person who booked my appointment confirmed pricing was as provided and would be honored. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was made to wait for 30 minutes, only to meet with a new salesperson who had no idea of the previously agreed to price. I met with the sales manager who wouldn't honor a price remotely close ($4000 difference) to what was previously agreed, I am so glad I left this dealership; I ended up going to another Nissan and got an even better deal than I was given online by Route 23 Nissan. Added plus, the other dealership respected my time much better than Route 23 Nissan did. More

Unethical and misleading practices. False internet prices that have almost 5k in hidden expenses. Also lack of respect for customers time. Made appointment to see car 48 hours in advance.
