Apparently they want a guarantee that I would buy the overpriced Bold EUV in order to test drive it. I'm very disappointed that Matt at Jon Hall Used Cars Super Center that refused to let me test drive t overpriced Bold EUV in order to test drive it. I'm very disappointed that Matt at Jon Hall Used Cars Super Center that refused to let me test drive their over priced 2022 Bolt EUV today because I informed him that it was overpriced and the same year, model and trim with 1000 more miles on it is listed for 6k less in Gainesville Florida. Matt explained something about how valuable his sales associates time is and that while the sales associate is with me for the test drive he could miss other sales. As a manager myself, I would have found a way to make it happen. Have a manager or receptionist, heck, pull the janitorial staff to make it happen for a potential customer to give a test drive. Instead all I received was a refusal to let me test drive. This is horrible customer service. During the test drive, I might have changed my mind and purchased the car from this lot, I could have advised others what great customer service there is at this business. Unfortunately now I will be letting everyone know to avoid this dealership. More

Lol, seeing the other comments and being a former Auto Finance manager I can see that this is doing very badly for Jon Hall. Further more they sell above MSRP when pretty much the rest of the state sells Finance manager I can see that this is doing very badly for Jon Hall. I took my wife's Tahoe in to have the lifters and cam replaced. The cost was 6800 dollars for the work. it was running perfectly before the work was done except for a very slight ticking coming from the replaced. When we pick it up it is running horribly, and there is an ABS code showing. we take it back in to jon hall, they replace an ABS module which cost another 1200 dollars. we pick it up, and its still not running right. Now they say it needs a new torque converter. By this time, i have had enough of Jon hall. I took it to Gary's transmission which was excellent by the way. They replaced my torque converter and installed a rebuilt transmission and something still wasn't right. Come to find out, my wife's Tahoe was missing a spark plug from when Jon hall installed the new lifters and cam. i would steer clear of this establishment. They are crooks. More

They did work on my truck, and a few things are way wrong. They broke the latch to the hood of my truck, and fixed it with zip ties. I will never return to give them a cent of my business they are crooks and the manner in which they do their sales deals are shoddy. And different depts do not communicate. Don't give them the benefit of a costco discount as it is only to their benefit. We had a right to complain and service manager didn't want to talk to us.
