Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had at a dealership. The sales manager jeff was condescending, dismissive, and made us feel as though our concerns weren't worth his time. We looked at a 2025 dealership. The sales manager jeff was condescending, dismissive, and made us feel as though our concerns weren't worth his time. We looked at a 2025 Subaru that had a cracked and damaged bumper, along with multiple scratches and dents. Yet he maintained that the $25,000 asking price was completely fair and refused to budge even after we pointed out the condition of the vehicle. It's one thing to stand firm on a price; it's another to do so while treating potential customers as though they're unreasonable for questioning the value of a visibly damaged vehicle. We left feeling disrespected and will not be returning. There are plenty of dealerships that understand that treating customers with respect is just as important as making a sale.
