I had a great experience with Toyota of Montgomery! I really love their new video inspection feature. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here before, but this was my first time receiving a video inspection. I really love their new video inspection feature. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here before, but this was my first time receiving a video inspection. They send you a video showing the technician inspecting your vehicle. They also provide a detailed breakdown of any recommended services and allow you to review and select what you want done directly through the website. I appreciate the transparency and how they keep customers informed throughout the entire process. The service was also quick! Overall, I’m very pleased with the improvements they’ve made to their service department. More
