Dealer was ok but a lot of games so after spending 4 hrs on a Saturday with dj and his manager Alex and then changing what cars were available a lot of times to try to get me into the one they wanted I fina on a Saturday with dj and his manager Alex and then changing what cars were available a lot of times to try to get me into the one they wanted I finally left and decided to purchase the cx-30 online unfortunately I tried to do this with wellsley Mazda and they still made me come in multiple additional times but didn’t treat me like a paying customer so it wa worst of both worlds! The entertainment dashboard on my Mazda CX-5 went blank after just a few hundred miles! I called DJ and he invited me to come by right away. He showed me I'd accidently turned it off by doing a "long" pres after just a few hundred miles! I called DJ and he invited me to come by right away. He showed me I'd accidently turned it off by doing a "long" press of the audio pause/play button. He also showed me a shortcut to turn off my surround camera, rather than going through the three views. I was very grateful for DJ's immediate "customer support" and it gave me a lot of confidence that I'd found a great dealership. More
