DJ Bonanno spent a lot of time answering questions and responded quickly every single time I contacted him. Surprisingly he responded even on his days off whether it was early in the morning or late in th responded quickly every single time I contacted him. Surprisingly he responded even on his days off whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening. DJ did everything in his power to expedite the process of the sale. We were buying from out of state so the process was a little more complicated. Alex, DJ’s manager helped to overcome a software glitch with ordering a lot of accessories. When the glitch was causing us a delay in receiving the new car after it had been fully paid for, Alex arranged for a loaner car till our new car was ready so, medical appointments could be kept, which we greatly appreciated. That type of service earns our loyalty. We definitely plan on taking our new car to Wellesley Mazda for regular maintenance and service. More
