DJ Ellis was our "Customer Experience Manager". He was the best I have dealt with in over 45 years of purchasing vehicles through dealers. He was patient (especially with a potentially difficult customer like me), and most knowledgeable (he answered dozens of our questions including some challenging technical ones on EV technology). Normally I would be upset that a vehicle purchase took over five hours, but it only took that long because of how thoroughly he explained features on the Blazer and how clearly he responded to our stream of questions. DJ made what is usually a painful, stressful process enjoyable from start to finish. More
