My car buying experience was actually very good all the way up into the point when their accounting department never followed through with sending my loan paperwork to my bank for more than 10 days. I had to call twice and was given excuses on how they sell so many cars in a day that accounting is backed up. In the meantime, the car I traded that I still owed money on was not in my possession. I was driving a car, that I actually did not own, which is not the way to do business. All they had to do was email my application to the bank and the bank would’ve got the ball rolling but no apparently they’re too busy to do that over the course of 10 days. As I write this as far as I know, it’s still not resolved. I guess I’ll find out here soon enough. More

He even showed genuine concern when my elderly dad fell over trying to get ready to see DJ. I liked him so much, I asked him for extra cards to pass out to my friends looking for a car! He even added a nice touch of sending me a text talking about how much He liked my family (who does that anymore? Even my dad likes him, and my dad hardly likes anybody! 10 out of 10 service, and I don't feel like I got sold...I feel like we hit the jackpot! More

Very courteous and professional team. I had my first oil change complementary after purchasing my car from them. My 2nd oil change at no charge after trying to go somewhere else closer I had my first oil change complementary after purchasing my car from them. My 2nd oil change at no charge after trying to go somewhere else closer to home. They wouldn't touch the vehicle due to thinking the drain plug had been cross threaded by the dealership. Brought it back to Allen Turner Pre-Owned and they said it was just on tight and provided the oil change, again complementary due to the inconvenience. Good customer service is hard to get these days and they got the job done without any hassle. More
