We were given the service record of the car we were looking at immediately, without even having to ask. There were a few delays that stemmed from my behalf, and I was walked through each one concisely. Whenever there was a delay, I was informed of it and the cause for it was explained to me. Buying a car from this dealership was in no way a hassle, it was easily the best experience I've had at a car dealership. More
