Mr. Hierholzer, we’re very sorry for the confusion on the damage to the lower front fascia. We didn’t mention it at write up since it couldn’t be seen until it was in the air and the tech didn’t mention it in the video because he thought that you had to know about it already because of the age of the damage. As you were able to see in the video, that was sent while your vehicle was here, the damage had been there for a while and wasn’t a concern for safety.

I was not able to see any clarity from the video and I am not a plastics expert, so I can not reply to the age of the damage or what caused the damage. I wouldn't have wrote up this review if there were not some issues at the time of service and if the GM would of replied to my text when he requested that I send some pics of the damage. The GM did not reply for 2 days.

We apologize your experience has led you to leave us a negative review. We have forwarded your review to proper management for further information. After further investigating your concerns, we first worked with you in July while our dealership was still in Whitehouse. Unfortunately, that deal fell through due to financing issues and we sold the vehicle to someone else. We then got another vehicle in stock in October that you inquired about. Your trade value diminished slightly due to the fact that we had three similar Jeep Grand Cherokees on our lot at the time and it also had been three months since the original appraisal. We discounted the vehicle you purchased $900 from the internet price and also repaired the rear quarter panel. The whole deal was negotiated and you seemed happy at the time of purchase. Again, we truly apologize for your experience and want you to have a great ownership of your vehicle. We value you as our customer and hope that you will allow us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.
