I was buying a car from very out of town (around 1,000 miles away) and Mike Rezi Nissan actually took my interest in purchasing very seriously...this was a nice change from many other dealers I was trying miles away) and Mike Rezi Nissan actually took my interest in purchasing very seriously...this was a nice change from many other dealers I was trying to work with around the country. Only quirk I had was with the financing department as they hadn't done anything with the credit papers I was asked to fill out online a day before I arrived. I had to sit around a few hours waiting for them and as I had a 1,000 mile drive ahead of me, that was kind of a pain. Connor was fantastic in calling me when the car I was looking for arrived on their lot and with communication before, during and after the sale. He even picked me up from the airport as I flew in to buy the car and then drive it home. About 10 days after my purchase, I found that the deposit I had made over the phone hadn't been applied to my purchase price/contract...I contacted Connor and he got it fixed and my deposit refunded to me in less than 30 minutes. Before I worked with Connor, I should mention that I started my car buying adventure with Justin Garza and he was great all around as well. I would not hesitate to purchase from Mike Rezi Nissan or Connor Shields again. They are worth a call if you're considering a car in the Atlanta area or anywhere else in the US for that matter! More
