Always have had good / Great service at the dealership. Some appointments are better than others. Took nearly 2. 5 hrs to get an oil change and fix latch on my bed cover Sign in person was not very friendly. When I inquired about my truck, she said she didn’t know where my ticket was.about half hour later, I finally saw my truck show up and went back to her at the counter. She wouldnt talk to me as she said she is not the service advisor as she said she only signed me in. First I heard. She signed me in went out to my truck to get info and never heard from anyone else. She pointed to another guy she said is my service advisor🤷🏻‍♂️ He signs the ticket and and hands it to me. I asked for a copy of the ticket and he said he would email. Took at least a week to get it I asked both of them if they were having a bad day, and both looked up at me and said excuse me? I said it again and he said you have no idea! More
