Never even touched the manual knobs on the display screen that never worked. This is the main reason I brought it in for warranty. Service department on the service writer end is broken and needs to be fixed. The control knobs on the screen weren't even on the ro. Again. The main reason i brought it to you. This is a 90000 dollar truck and i would like everything to work as it should. I will be taking it to another dealer to get this repair done. More

I want to specifically recognize DP, my Service Advisor, and Kevin, the Service Manager, for their outstanding customer service. My vehicle required a fuel pump control module replacement just outside of th and Kevin, the Service Manager, for their outstanding customer service. My vehicle required a fuel pump control module replacement just outside of the warranty period, and both DP and Kevin took the time to review my situation and work with me toward a resolution. DP was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process. Kevin demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction by carefully considering my concerns and helping address an issue that occurred shortly after warranty coverage ended. Their willingness to assist, communicate openly, and advocate on my behalf made a significant difference. In an industry where customer service can vary greatly, DP and Kevin exemplified what great service should look like.
