They've handled all the paperwork related to VSC (warranty) claims for me and even helped me get a rental covered by my policy. Whenever anything wasn't covered by my VSC (warranty) policy, they always gave me their best competitive rates for certified parts & labor. Repair/service times have always been regular, reliable and never delayed (other than when waiting for my VSC / warranty company to approve claims, i.e. sending out an adjuster, which is out of their control) More
