Smooth and Easy! I came down from VA just to visit my girlfriend and family. I saw a 2017 Camaro 2SS that had a price that I couldn't resist. I went to look at it and I came down from VA just to visit my girlfriend and family. I saw a 2017 Camaro 2SS that had a price that I couldn't resist. I went to look at it and my salesman Dairo was fantastic. Dairo was very informative about the car and how H Greg operated. I informed Dairo that I was from out of state and he reassured me that it wasn't a problem. The next morning, I ended up purchasing the Camaro and Dairo made the process easy. He kept me informed on every step and made sure I was okay with everything. Even after leaving the dealership with the car, he insisted to let him know if I had any concerns and checked on me a few days after. I recommend anybody to Dairo! I also had Glen as my financial manager, Glen was cool. I just would have appreciated if he wasn't moving so fast and throwing numbers at me. I felt like he wanted to get me out the door. (I know no one wants to be in a dealership for a long time, but Glen was uncomfortably fast.) Last thing, I wish the dealership would have gave me the car with a full tank of gas! I was basically empty when I left. More

Couldn't be easier. This was my first time at a wholesale style dealership, which is high volume and pretty much a get in/get out kind of environment, which is something This was my first time at a wholesale style dealership, which is high volume and pretty much a get in/get out kind of environment, which is something I appreciate. I don't have time to spend all day at a dealership trying to haggle over a car. Dairo was very efficient and helpful, and he made the experience low-pressure but efficient. I would certainly ask to work with Dairo again if I needed to get another car from HGreg. I wish there was more of a focus on product presentation and more time to look the car over, etc instead of it being such a conveyor-belt kind of environment. I didn't appreciate that there was cosmetic damage on all four wheels (serious curbage) and the dealer was not willing to do anything about that, citing their wholesale model. I also did not appreciate that the car was filthy during the test drive, but they promised to detail the car at delivery. They also agreed to replace one of the tires as it had sidewall damage (again, that curbage was serious on the wheels). They were very positive, however, and assured that they were willing to help as much as they can with getting me approved for financing, which was nice. Overall, I would shop at HGreg again, however I would mostly only consider it if the car was priced below market. The Passat I purchased was the cheapest TDI in Orlando, so I was willing to accept the damaged wheels for that reason. If you are considering shopping here, I strongly recommend looking closely at the car you're interested in, especially if it's priced extremely low, because it's low for a reason (which HGreg is fully transparent about). More
