They stuck to the agreement, the car was clean & exactly as promised. Dairry Walker took me for a test drive, got the paperwork done & carefully went over every aspect of the vehicle which I really appreciated. Mr. Woolley, General Sales Manager seems to run a very freindly and customer oriented business. Ms Lori Ratzlaff is the third Service Writer I have dealt with in 13 years. She carries on the service provided by her two predecessors whom moved up in the organization. Having service writers with this kind of lenghtly tenure demostrates the organizational quality of PARKS MOTORS. The blame for employee long term employment and experience; friendly and courteous service to customers in the sales process; and excellent and technically profienct service technicians, some whom have serviced my vehicles since 2000, are due to the owner of the business, John Culver. He is a good Christian man that tries to walk in the way of the Lord. this deal was stressful because of a recent dealing with another a pleasure. Dairry tried his best to help clean up a mess. He found a vehicle that fit our needs and then found several rebates to help lower the cost. It would have been a better price if it wasn't for the dealings the past week. We should have walked out when Dairry wasn't there (he was gone for family emergency) the first time and return later. I would highly recommend working with Dairry to any of my friends. More
