Instead of just eating that, I asked if someone from sales could pull a trade-in value for me. No pushback at all, they got right on it and handed me a loaner in the meantime. It was the weekend, so they told me to just hang onto the car until things were sorted. Zero hassle. They called with a trade-in offer, and I asked for their best out-the-door number on a brand new 2026 Civic. What they quoted me over the phone was more than fair, so I said let's do it and set up an appointment to take delivery. My sales agent was Dakota Anzelmo, and I can't say enough good things. He kept me in the loop the entire time and was genuinely great to work with — and this was his very first sale! You'd never have guessed it. The appointment itself was quick and painless. In and out in about an hour and a half, no games, no endless back-and-forth. While we were there we also found out about the Motorwerks perks: service pickup, an on-site Starbucks, and a car wash. Nice touches that make a real difference. What started as a repair bill I didn't want to pay turned into driving home in a brand new car. Highly recommend Dakota and the whole Barrington Motorwerks Honda team. More
