Needless to say, we were the last customers to leave that evening. Dakota made the process of purchasing my 2024 Honda CR‑V EX easy from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. One aspect of the experience that I especially appreciated was Motor Werks' "One Contact" approach. It was great working with Dakota as my single point of contact, staying with me throughout the entire transaction—from vehicle inspection and test drive to trade-in coordination, financing, and final paperwork.
