I really appreciated Robert’s approach; he was respectful, helpful, and most importantly to me, he was no-pressure. I’m 67 and I’ve been through the buying a new car “dance” many, many times. I purchase a VW Tiguan from Dakota in August and it was by far and away the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was friendly and honest and helped me trade in a car that I hated. Dakota and Bill went above and beyond to make sure all our questions got answered and we didn't feel any pressure to buy when we just came to look. But when we decided to go forward with a purchase a few our questions got answered and we didn't feel any pressure to buy when we just came to look. But when we decided to go forward with a purchase a few days later, both made sure that we were completely satisfied with the car we were ultimately purchasing. Their focus was our satisfaction with the entire process, not just making a quick sale and moving into the next customer. Best customer service ever! More
