My research and contact with Jim Browne was mostly done online. I had expressed interest in a Ram 1500. I was contacted by sales Rep Paul Coates. Paul Coates followed up with me a month later and provided me with a reduced price that was within my budget. Mr. Coates provided me with a written quote prior to my departure. When I arrived I was shown the vehicle, took it for a test drive and we talked about the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that all the pain of negotiating at the dealer was removed as the prices quoted to me via email was exactly the same with no add on’s or hidden fees. The vehicle was prepped and received within a reasonable amount of time. The whole process was painless and frankly a new experience for me as there was no pressure, no hard sells no papers going back and forth between the salesman and the manager.
