Bought my car there 3 1/2 years ago and have taken it there for service ever since!! It’s always easy to take care of the service without an appointment and there is a comfortable lounge to wait in and r there for service ever since!! i was a little disapointed as i brought jeep in for first service. that all went very well. Gen was outstanding with me. but my auto start /stop switch did not work from day one when i picked it up. and c service. that all went very well. Gen was outstanding with me. but my auto start /stop switch did not work from day one when i picked it up. and check engine light would show up on occasion. so when they checked it out Jeep wanted it broguth back for another visit to figure out the problem. i live an hour away from dealership so i brought it back as requested and a loaner car was given to me after four hours i receive a call and was told a cure for this was forth coming from jeep. and i came back to pick it up and the Auto/start stop switch still does not work. gene explained that is there is a problem that it wont work meaning the check engine light coming on and off. jeep is running fine but it would be nice to have it running 100% with everything like it was made to do. employees at dealership are doing everything they can i feel. but Jeep has left me a little bit unhappy. now i am looking at another drive over and a leave it scenario. More
