While other dealerships waste your time with manager’s approvals on quotes that you’ve already seen online, Dale and Chuck made it clear from the onset they wanted to earn my business. They didn’t take ten minutes to tell me how great they were. Instead, they welcomed me, showed me around, engaged me in normal conversation, and asked how they could accommodate me. I got exactly what I wanted, and for a deal that made me feel like I hadn’t been worked over. They’ll be my first stop next time around. More
