The service consultant that I talked with gave me the runaround, saying that he couldn’t look at it right away because he had other vehicles dropped off unexpectedly over the weekend, and that my vehicle was not scheduled. How you are to schedule a time, when the vehicle breaks down and leaves you stranded? More

Positive buying experience I’m sure I’m not alone when I say, I’ve hated the auto buying experience! This time my experience was very positive. While I’ll admit, I did do my h I’m sure I’m not alone when I say, I’ve hated the auto buying experience! This time my experience was very positive. While I’ll admit, I did do my homework and was prepared to buy my truck. I arrived at Chuck Nicholson’s at about 8:30am and drove home with my F-150 by 12:30pm . Dale was knowledgeable and helped the auto buying process proceed efficiently. Micheal did a great job explaining other finance options, although I went with my prearranged option. I encourage others to give Dale a chance to help you find your next vehicle. They are a good group. More
