There was nothing in common with the uncomfortable, adversarial auto buying experiences I have had before. He listened carefully, understood my needs and wishes, and worked to meet them. The most transparent process I have ever seen--all details reviewed, double-checked, all possible combinations examined. Everything explained clearly. Dale took his time to consider the optimal combination of features and value-for-money packages. I felt well informed as well as respected. This was a unique experience. John was my first introduction to the dealership when he assisted me back in the early 2000's. When he moved on to a position in the financial area of the dealership, he introduced me to Dale, who I've been working with ever since. Both John and Dale are knowledgeable, professional and patient! I've never felt pressured to make any decisions before I was ready; rather, they provided the information and support to make a decision that was right for me. And I would be remiss in not mentioning Adam , the young man who provided me with a tutorial on the differences in the dashboard configuration between my old and new vehicles and how to operate the various systems. What an asset to the MB Princeton team! I've often been asked why I choose to deal with MB Princeton rather than a dealership closer to my home. My consistent response is that each time I visit, I feel like I'm visiting family, whether for sales or service. What could be a necessary "chore," is a pleasant experience. I knew I wanted to see the GLA 250 and Mr. Cook was happy to oblige. He gave me a thorough explanation of the features before the test drive, something the Audi and BMW salespeople did not. The test drive sold me and Dale made the entire process simple. When we picked up the car, Dale spent time with us reviewing the operating systems, getting us set up on mBrace and explaining how the Service Department works. I really enjoyed working with Dale and highly recommend him - he's professional, knows his product and seems to genuinely enjoy his customers.
