I knew I wanted to see the GLA 250 and Mr. Cook was happy to oblige. He gave me a thorough explanation of the features before the test drive, something the Audi and BMW salespeople did not. The test drive sold me and Dale made the entire process simple. When we picked up the car, Dale spent time with us reviewing the operating systems, getting us set up on mBrace and explaining how the Service Department works. I really enjoyed working with Dale and highly recommend him - he's professional, knows his product and seems to genuinely enjoy his customers. As a first-time Mercedes buyer, I am sold on the service and professionalism at this dealership! More

It was quite funny at times how he was able to manage us; we definitely put his excellent Benz knowledge to the test. My daughter has her new GLC and is happy with it and it will be my turn in the next 6 months and I will only deal with Dale. His level of service is unsurpassed and he makes you feel like you are his only customer; extremely responsive.... all-in-all great guy to work with. No high pressure, just one to one respect and no BS that many dealers over use. Dale is the most knowledgeable and patient representative I have ever dealt with, on the east and west coast. My habit is to shop 3 agencies to find the most competitive and Dale has come out on top 2 times now. Just leased my 2nd MBZ SUV from Dale and could not be happier. Respect is shown by the entire team at MBZ Princeton from the receptionist forward. It has truly been my pleasure to acquire a luxury vehicle and not feel as though I was in a 15 round fight. If more agencies followed the MBZ of Princeton recipe for success perhaps more people would not dread the "car buying experience". As an aside, I have an agency 7 minutes from my front door.
