Good overall purchase experience We recently purchased a vehicle from Waynesville Automotive and the whole process from test drive to delivery was fairly smooth except for the two rou We recently purchased a vehicle from Waynesville Automotive and the whole process from test drive to delivery was fairly smooth except for the two round trip drives on I-40 from Asheville in the heavy rain and wind from hurricane Irma, but still the drive to Waynesville was better than having to drive to Charlotte or Atlanta to find a reasonably priced vehicle. Generally from my experience with buying cars you have to get away from Asheville to find a better deal and my wife and I were glad that Waynsville Automotive had the vehicle we were looking for at a fair price. Eddie Bussard was our sales person and he did a good job guiding us along the purchase process and answering questions and actually the Honda van we purchased was traded to Waynsville Automotive by his daughter so we had more than just general info about the vehicle which made the decision to purchase easier for us. Others that were helpful were Dale whom I first talked with, he was friendly and he assured me that they would work with us on the price to get within our vehicle budget. Dan who handled all the paperwork was friendly and knowledgeable...a little on the speedy side but slowed down some when I told him I was a slow old man. Brooke Banks internet consultant was most likely the reason we decided to pursue the purchase of this vehicle. She responded to my inquiries via phone text about the Van even though not at work or having compter access info about the vehicle, and on a Sunday night. Thank you Waynsville Automotive, we recommend you and will give you the first chance to earn our business in the future. Oh, detail folks, great job inside and out. Thanks again, Bill & Wendy More

Everyone went the extra mile for me to get my Jeep Renegade. They worked with us with our trade in and helped us work out all the other details. Another gentleman (sorry I don't remember his name ) helped me program all the settings and Bluetooth into my Jeep... which I probably would have had no clue how to do! This dealership is awesome! I would recommend anyone who wants great service and with no problems to shop here for the Jeep, car, truck, of thier needs.... you'll leave happy and with a smile on your face. Most pleasant car buying experience ever! I brought my Jeep Wrangler to the dealership for service and saw the Fiat 500 Pop and fell in love! Although I was not in the market for a new vehicl I brought my Jeep Wrangler to the dealership for service and saw the Fiat 500 Pop and fell in love! Although I was not in the market for a new vehicle, I did some research on both my current vehicle and the Fiat. I decided to test drive the Fiat to see if it would handle the curves and climb to my house as well as my Jeep. Dale greeted me when i arrived at the dealership and set me up to work wirh Rand on the test drive. I was pleasantly surprised by the handling and pep, even climbing up Eagle's Nest. Rand answered all my questions and never once flinched as I took the curves on the sides of the tires. I never felt any pressure. When they say they are motivated to move vehicles, they mean it. They gave me more than KBB trade-in value on my Jeep, and made me an offer I couldn't turn down. Dan was super efficient with the necessary paperwork and, in less than 3 hours from start to finish, I had the cutest car ever! Dale made a point of finding me before I left to thank me for my business. I have to also comment on the exceptional service department, beginning with Vern. He has been instrumental in me bringing my business back to Waynesville Automotive. He knows me by name when I come in, returns my phone calls before the end of the day, and thoroughly explains the service my vehicle needs or doesn't need. While looking over my new car, I noticed a little dirt on the passenger seat. Rand immediately had a fellow from the service department come and take care of it. All the personnel I have dealt with have been courteous, friendly, and more than willing to help. They will continue to get my business. More
