If I could give less than one star, I would. Service manager, Cornell, was unresponsive on multiple attempts to contact, rude in regards to handling an issue, and ultimately made me never want t Service manager, Cornell, was unresponsive on multiple attempts to contact, rude in regards to handling an issue, and ultimately made me never want to return nor do any business with Arrigo. Brought vehicle (pre owned certified) in for an issue, paid $1200 for repair, received vehicle back with issue still existing (tried to contact same day and it took massive complaining to get a call back from service advisor) and quoted nearly $3k to repair issue again with no reasoning for original repair not working. Kept my money and did absolutely nothing to repair my vehicle. More
