Seems to be no teamwork there what-so-ever. Always get a different sales person on the line who promises this or that, and never follows through. ROUNTREE Nissan - Where the Customer is NEVER Right !!! Jamari will send me a list of vehicles to look at that are within my loan range - nope. Promises again the next day - Nope. But Jamari and James promise to reimburse me gas if I don't make a deal on a vehicle on a particular SAT. Did they follow through... Nope! Thank God I hurried in on that SAT. Just a bunch of xxxxxxxx with pressure sales tactics. Should have known since day 1 with them. Erick used tactic after tactic with me weeks ago when I just wanted to get their phone number. But he insisted that the "finance guys" are "here right now"... better hurry, hurry, hurry. What do you know, same "finance guys" were there the next day... day after that... etc.. I confronted Erick about all this a few time and he would never even consider an apology. All I got from him was "just doing my job". Ahhh and the finance dept. Though it seems they may try to get a deal for you, they don't tell you that they're going to run your credit over and over and over. First time they ran 7 different companies and dinged my credit score at least 4 points in one day. They seem to have tried two different loan companies twice. And did they even call back to let me know anything.... anything at all? Nope!!! Just one con after another. Kind of like a bunch of buzzards just trying to get a customer in their store so they can all get a piece of you. Absolute worst sales experience I've ever had. I called back a few days later about the gas they owed me (not the time they wasted), and what did a get? A loop of phone music (on hold) until I ended the call myself. But don't fret folks, the next week I got Dallas who was the #1 guy... so far he promised to get back to me about the charger or challenger... and...... ooofff! Believe me when I say that I am completely out of FUEL with these parasitic tactics of "just doing my job" (run them through as a number, not a human), and sure I'll look into that. If they treated people like humans, they wouldn't have to be such parasitic xxxxxx!!! More
